Found in the Main System alongside the ‘Not Inspected’ and ‘Inspected’ tabs against a Job, the Inspection Summary tab has been developed to provide quick and easy access to all Reports created on a Job.

In a bid to strengthen security and improve the user login experience, we are pleased to announce the introduction of a one-time password (OTP) functionality to the Kinetic mobile app.
Using OTP, users can now conveniently use their corporate identities for faster and more secure access to the mobile application. This saves customers a significant amount of admin time, with the setup of specific app login credentials no longer being a necessity.
The updated login experience has been seamlessly integrated into the existing mobile app, with users now presented with the option to log in using OTP or their traditional username and password credentials. We encourage all users of the Kinetic mobile app to update to the latest version to unlock the full potential of the OTP functionality, enhancing both security and user convenience.
Users should note that OTPs will expire after five minutes, after which they will need to regenerate a new one. This is to ensure heightened security standards.
Requested by multiple Kinetic customers, OTP ensures a seamless and secure login process for users of the mobile app, and particularly benefit customers already using Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations. This is due to SSO no longer being specific to the main system, it is now also available on the mobile app.
